✈️ What to Expect from Your Flight Experience

Every UPiLOT experience puts you in the captain’s seat of our full-size Boeing 737 cockpits, guided by our experienced instructors. Each session is tailored to the individual — whether you’re a first-time flyer, a nervous passenger, or part of a group sharing the experience together.

Longer sessions allow you to experience a full airline “gate-to-gate” flight, while shorter and shared sessions focus on the most exciting phases of flight, including take-off and landing.

A flight instructor in the co-pilot's seat will assist you throughout your flight.

Yes of course! Your instructor will give you an introduction and a preflight briefing, after that its up to you!
You will be the PF (Pilot Flying in control of the jet) and the instructor will assist as the PM (Pilot Monitoring)

You can buy a flight experience on this website using our secure payment system.
You will receive a printable Boarding Pass by email which is open-dated so that you can choose a date and time that is convenient for you. (No email, check your Spam Folder!)

Yes, you can bring along a maximum of 3 guests to observe the flight experience from our flight-deck passenger seats.

Absolutely, Children are more than welcome to come and enjoy the flight experience. The minimum height we recommend is 140cm (4'7"). We do not have a specific minimum age, however bear in mind that flying is a technical activity! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

We operate two Boeing 737 Flight Simulators

Yes. Our simulators use genuine Boeing 737 pilot seats (Ipeco & Weber type seats), the seats are suitable for participants up to approximately 155 kg (approx. 24½ stone)

No. You can select a date and time after purchase using the booking link on your Boarding Pass.

We are open 7 days a week from 10:00 to 20:00.

Boarding Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be booked and completed within that period.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Irish law.

Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. You are eligible for a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase. A €9.00 admin fee applies to all refunds to cover merchant service fees.

No, our flight simulators are fixed base procedural trainers. However, the realistic cockpit environment combined with our immersive 200° visual motion cueing system convinces the brain that you are actually flying.

Yes! Our simulators are used every day by professional pilots for their own training requirements.
