COVID-19 Health Declaration Form All visitors must complete and submit our COVID-19 Health Declaration Form prior to arrival at the centre. This is required to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and staff, and to comply with HSE contact tracing.
On arrival please wait in your vehicle, or if arriving on foot wait outside until a member of staff escorts you inside.
You may bring one additional person with you to observe the Flight Simulator Experience
If a minor (under 18) has an appointment an adult must escort them for their appointment. The escorting adult must complete the COVID-19 Health Declaration Form.
You will be required to wear an appropriate face covering (mask) while on the premises.
Children under the age of 13 will not be required to wear a face covering (mask).
Arrive on time for your appointment as late arrivals will be refused due to strict scheduling in line with the enhanced Health & Safety protocols between customers.
We are unable to provide refreshments and toilets are not available for customer use at this time. Feel free to bring your own water.
Where possible try to minimise contact with surfaces while inside the premises.
You will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
Your instructor will assist you in getting into your seat in the Flight Simulator.
Staffs have completed the Return to Work protocols, are COVID-19 Inducted and have been trained in line with the latest Health and Safety advice.
